- I would like to Cancel /Amend / Exchange an item
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via https://xogosports.com/pages/contact-uswith the following details; Name, Order number, Delivery address, Item+Size+Colour you have, Item+Size+Colour you wish to exchange it for. Member of team will happily assist. Please check the website to make sure the stock is available first.
- Due to expedited nature of the picking and packing process, we cannot always guarantee that order(s) can be cancelled or amended. We suggest getting in touch immediately for requested changes.
- Please note, if we cannot adhere to your request, you will be responsible for any return costs of the item(s). Necessary refunds will be processed once items are back on our premises and will be confirmed via email
Returning an item

I’ve have received the Incorrect/Faulty Item(s)
- In the rare occasion that you feel your item is faulty, please contact us immediately at contact@xogosports.com and include; Your name, Order number, Delivery address, Item that is faulty + photos of the fault.
- All Postage costs you pay to return the incorrect/Faulty item will be reimbursed

The Item I want is out of stock
- If the product you’re after is out of stock, submit a request and member of team will inform you when and whether we are expecting the item back in stock.
